About Jarrod

Born and based in Houston, Texas, Jarrod Perez graduated from HSPVA in 2001, and then later the University of Houston Central Campus with a degree in Painting. He began self-publishing his own comics in college and has been doing it for 24 years now, starting off with hand-xeroxed and stapled zines (pronounced zeen, like magazine). He’s tabled at conventions from coast to coast such as the San Diego Comic Con, Latino Comics Expo, Alternative Press Expo (APE) and New York Comic Con to name a few.
